Founded in 2010 by Kristina Spence, Indiana Montessori Academy serves children ages 18 months-6 years old. We are located in a beautiful building of our own design in Carmel, Indiana complete with outdoor classrooms and gardening spaces.

We believe that all children have a natural love for learning, a motivation to master skills, and a remarkable gift of kindness. We guide children in a way that fosters independence and develops intelligent, compassionate, and confident future leaders.

We have current openings for a certified primary classroom directress and substitute teachers.  We are always accepting resumes. We will reach out if a position becomes available.
